Our Care at Home and Support Services

Care at Home and Personal Support

Our Care at Home service provides respectful, person-centred support with daily routines. We help people with personal care, mobility, meals, medication prompts, continence support, wellbeing checks and everyday tasks. Our aim is to help each person remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible in their own home.

Supported Living Support

Our Supported Living Support helps people live with greater independence, choice and confidence in their own tenancy, shared setting or community-based accommodation. We support people with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other support needs. Each person receives support that is shaped around their routines, goals, communication needs and personal outcomes.

Dementia Support at Home

Our Dementia Support at Home service helps people feel safe, settled and respected in familiar surroundings. We provide calm, compassionate and consistent support with daily routines, reassurance, personal care, meals, medication prompts, meaningful activity and family communication. We focus on dignity, comfort, memory support and quality of life.

Live-in and Residential Care

We provide live-in care for people who need regular support throughout the day and night. We can also support people in residential settings where the correct registration, placement and care arrangements are in place. Our aim is to provide safe, consistent and respectful support that promotes dignity, comfort, independence and peace of mind.

Palliative and End-of-Life Support

Our Palliative and End-of-Life Support is provided with compassion, dignity and sensitivity. We help people remain comfortable, supported and respected at home during serious illness or the final stages of life. We work alongside families, GPs, district nurses, community nursing teams, hospices and other health professionals where involved.

Respite Support for Families & Unpaid Carers

Our Respite Support gives families and unpaid carers time to rest, attend to other responsibilities or take a short break. We provide safe, kind and reliable support for the person receiving care, while giving carers reassurance that their loved one is being supported with dignity and compassion.

Practical Home Support

Our Practical Home Support helps people maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment. This may include light domestic tasks, laundry, meal preparation, shopping support and help with daily household routines. We provide this support in a respectful way that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Support

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Support helps people build confidence, structure and stability in everyday life. We provide calm, respectful and confidential support with routines, appointments, social inclusion, emotional wellbeing and daily living skills. Where needed, we work alongside families, social work teams, community mental health teams and other professionals.

Physical Disability Support

Our Physical Disability Support helps people live as independently and safely as possible. We provide support with personal care, mobility, daily routines, equipment use, community access and practical tasks. Our support respects each person’s abilities, choices, challenges and aspirations.

Sensory Impairment Support

Our Sensory Impairment Support helps people with sight loss, hearing loss or dual sensory loss to remain connected, safe and independent. We support communication, orientation, routines, home safety, community access and confidence in daily life. We adapt our approach to each person’s preferred communication style and support needs.

Community Access and Meaningful Activity Support

Our Community Access and Meaningful Activity Support helps people stay connected to their local community. We support people to attend appointments, take part in activities, build confidence, maintain relationships, learn new skills and enjoy social opportunities. Our aim is to reduce isolation and promote inclusion, independence and wellbeing.

Bespoke Mental Health Rehabilitation & Step-down Support

We support people who need structured help after hospital discharge, crisis, relapse, placement breakdown or a period of increased mental health need. Our focus is stability, confidence, independence and recovery. We work at each person’s pace, helping them rebuild daily routines, develop coping skills and move towards safer, more independent living.

Our Staffing Services

Nurse Practitioners

Where required, we can support services with suitably qualified and registered Nurse Practitioners. They bring advanced clinical knowledge and experience to health and care settings, supporting assessment, treatment, care planning and clinical decision-making within their professional scope of practice.

Mental Health Nurses

Our Mental Health Nurses support people with mental health needs in a respectful, recovery-focused and person-centred way. They help people build stability, confidence and independence, while working in line with care plans, clinical guidance and the person’s wider support network.

General Nurses

Our Registered General Nurses provide professional nursing support across suitable health and care settings. This may include hospitals, care settings, people’s own homes, clinics and community-based services, depending on the placement, role requirements and the nurse’s skills, registration and competency.

Healthcare Support Workers

Our Healthcare Support Workers provide practical, compassionate and reliable support to people in health and social care settings. They assist with daily care, wellbeing, comfort, observation, communication and everyday support, always working under the right supervision and within agreed responsibilities.

Support Staff

We can also help services access reliable non-clinical support staff where required. This may include administrative staff, domestic staff, catering staff, portering staff, IT support, finance support and other operational roles that help health and care services run safely and effectively.

Recruitment and Workforce Support

We support safe, fair and responsible recruitment for health and social care services. Our approach includes appropriate checks, references, right to work checks, Disclosure Scotland and PVG checks where required, and clear matching of staff skills to the needs of each role. We aim to provide dependable staff who understand the importance of dignity, safety, professionalism and high-quality care.

Why us?

Respect & Compassion

We treat every person with dignity, kindness and respect. Our team is motivated by a genuine commitment to care, listen and support people well. We take time to understand each person’s wishes, routines, culture, communication needs and personal outcomes.

Skilled & Trained Staff

Our care and support team is safely recruited, trained and supported to provide high-quality care at home and community-based support. We make sure staff understand their roles, follow safe working practices and provide support in line with each person’s care plan and assessed needs.

Ongoing Professional Development

We support our staff to keep learning and improving. This includes induction, refresher training, supervision, competency checks and role-specific training. Where required, staff are also supported to meet Scottish Social Services Council requirements for their role.

Person-centred Support

We understand that no two people are the same. We shape support around each person’s needs, choices, strengths, routines and goals. We work closely with the person, their family, unpaid carers, social work teams, health professionals and community networks where appropriate.

Safe & Responsible Practice

We work in line with Scotland’s Health and Social Care Standards, with a focus on dignity, compassion, inclusion, responsive support and wellbeing. We also follow safe recruitment, Disclosure Scotland and PVG requirements where applicable, and we take safeguarding and adult support and protection seriously.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

We believe good care should be consistent, safe and accountable. We review care and support regularly, listen to feedback, learn from concerns, and make improvements where needed. Our aim is to provide a service that people, families and professionals can trust.
