Alive Health Care and Support Services Ltd was established to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care at home and support services in Scotland.

We believe that good care should feel personal, respectful and reliable. Every person is different, so we take time to understand each person’s needs, choices, routines, strengths and personal outcomes. We work with the person, their family, unpaid carers and other professionals where appropriate, so that support is joined-up and meaningful.

Our team brings experience, kindness and commitment to the people we support. We are not a large, impersonal service. We aim to know the people we support well, respond quickly, and provide care that is shaped around real lives, not fixed routines.

We work in line with Scotland’s Health and Social Care Standards, with a focus on dignity, compassion, inclusion, responsive support and wellbeing. Our aim is to help people live safely, independently and with confidence in their own homes and communities.
